Virtual Senior Strength Training Online
Join Leena Kalle for an online strength training program designed for seniors! Increase muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance by using easy-to-follow movements and common household supplies. All you need are the following items:
- Comfortable clothing & sneakers
- A sturdy chair with or without arms
- Hand held weights OR weighted balls OR 2 full bottles of water 16 Fl oz - to use for arm exercises
