Wendy Pregiato is a home chef and cooking instructor who teaches engaging, hands-on classes throughout Westchester County. Her passion for food and culinary exploration began during her time living in Tokyo and London, where she immersed herself in local cuisines and cooking techniques.

With a talent for simplifying recipes without sacrificing flavor, Wendy specializes in creating uncomplicated yet special dishes that fit seamlessly into today’s busy lifestyles. She is the creator and administrator of the Eastchester Eats Facebook community, bringing local food lovers together, and has been featured in Westchester Magazine and across various social media platforms.

In a bucket-list moment, Wendy competed on Food Network’s Outchef’d—facing off against Chef Marc Murphy and winning with the highest vote count of any contestant!
