Brain Stress for Kids: Make Your Own Stress Ball, Ages 7-12 In-Person
Join us for a hands-on, educational session focused on brain health! In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the science of stress and how it affects the brain. We’ll discuss everyday coping strategies, explore mindfulness techniques, and make stress balls to take home as a tool for relaxation. This program blends creativity with neuroscience to help kids ages 7–12 build healthy habits for managing stress!
This event will begin in the library, and end at the Community Center for the craft activity.
Presented by Brain Waves for Change, a student-led 501(c)(3) organization.
