Join us for an evening of discussion and baking demonstration with TIna Zaccardi.
Tina Zaccardi is a self-taught baker who started baking when she was very young by watching and helping her mother and grandmother. She honed her craft by researching baking techniques, reading cookbooks as if they were novels and practicing baking in her spare time. She started competing in baking and cooking contest about 6 years ago and has entered and placed in many baking and cooking contests. Most notably winner of the viewer sugar rush contest on The Chew, the viewer burger bash on The Rachel Ray Show and most recently the winner of The Great American Baking Show: Holiday Edition Season 4. She is currently teaching baking classes and doing speaking engagements in Westchester.
She resides in Eastchester with her husband and 2 children.
