Chair Yoga In-Person
For thousands of years, yogis and meditators have claimed many benefits for their practices. Regular yoga and meditation practice is an effective treatment for stress, worry, lack of focus, and more. Yoga leads to more physical strength, better balance and flexibility. Meditation leads to peace of mind and greater wellbeing.
Ann Casapini is a certified instructor and has been teaching yoga & meditation for twenty-one years. She will provide you with an overview of the many health benefits of meditation and lead you through a variety of yoga poses & guided meditations and contemplations each week.
*No prior meditation experience is needed.
**Please bring your own yoga mat. Chairs are provided.
