Options of Meat / Vegetarian
List of ingredients:
- TBS olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef (or any protein such as ground chicken or turkey, white fish like salted codfish, tofu or veggies)
- Tomato sauce or paste
- Cumin
- Ground oregano
- Salt or adobo
- *5 TBS sofrito
- Dough discs for empanadas (thawed and at room temperature)

Pitted salad olives

Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
*Sofrito
- 2 Bell peppers (green and red)
- 1 Garlic heads
- 1 Yellow onion
- Bunch cilantro
Note: Blend or put in food processor and pulse until ingredients are broke down, but not watery.
